We recognise that dietary needs can be divers and varied depending on culture, religious and personal
preferences, and we offer a wide range of meals including vegetarian diet as well as soft or pureed meals for
those who either prefer the soft option or because they simply have no choice, we are of course always
mindful of health conditions which could have an impact on a person's diet, diabetes for example.
Our full time Chef, is passionate about his work, the kitchen is always at the very highest levels of cleanliness
and hygiene with very stick instructions for anyone entering the kitchen or other food preparation places.
Meals are served in an attractive and congenial dining area. Fresh, wholesome food is prepared by our Chef,
who takes a pride in providing a varied and well-prepared menu. Fresh, appetising meals form the basis of a
balanced diet, catering for individual tastes, preferences and special diets, for example diabetics. We have
achieved the top rating of 5 for Food Hygiene.
Morning coffee, afternoon tea and night-time drinks are all provided, though drinks and other refreshments
as well as snack are available throughout the day, on request.
Appetising meals using fresh foods will form the basis of a balanced diet and where necessary food will be
prepared appropriate to special needs.
