Triple Trees is a home from home establishment with the emphasis being on HOME. With our highly motivated team of careers, housekeeping, Kitchen and management staff we all work as one to provide that home from home atmosphere in the home. Our ethos is based around the  maintenance and promotion of independence, always protecting our residents dignity, privacy and freedom. We encourage our residents to keep their own GP should they wish, though we do have a local GP Practice which we highly  recommend as this does help keep all medical records up to date and in one place, we also like the fact that our visiting GP does make a regular visit (ward round) and this helps the GP get to know our residents on a one to one basis.
We are situated in Burgess Hill which is a typical small countryside town in the heart of West Sussex, 6 miles north of Brighton, Burgess Hill is easily found off the A23 either from London or Brighton area.
At Tripletrees, there are many people who work together to provide love, care and support to our residents every day. Such person-centred care is only possible thanks to the dedication of our varied team. We seek to create a happy working environment where every member of the team feels valued and respected.
Carers:

Our carers are truly on the frontline caring for the needs of our residents throughout the day and night.  They undertake a thorough training programme that is both rigorous and ongoing, and receive regular competency assessments which identify areas for growth.
Domestic Staff

Tripletrees Domestic team play a very important role in making sure that all areas of our homes are clean and safe places where staff can care for our residents. Thorough cleaning and dusting is carried out every day both in resident’s rooms as well as all communal areas throughout the homes.
Activities Carers

Our Activities staff are experienced care workers whose role it is to organise and run enjoyable and stimulating activities for residents across our homes. These activities can include anything from outings to entertainment and are an essential part of creating a rich life experience for our residents. Please click of tap

Catering Staff

Meal times are an important social occasion for our residents and are a highlight for many in their daily routine. Our in-house catering team take care to provide highly nutritious and tasty meals that our residents will enjoy. Home Managers:

The Registered Manager at Tripletrees care home is responsible for ensuring the smooth-running of the home and maintaining high standards of care. Together with senior care staff they seek to provide clear and positive leadership to staff and foster a culture within our home that reflects our ethos and values.
